Requests for accident reconstruction
In any request for the reconstruction of an accident, please supply us with all the information you have on the case via email. This includes but limited to:
Is it a claim against the RAF or are you defending the RAF?
- Is it a claim against an Insurance Company that fails to pay out?
- Are you defending and insurance company against a claim?
- Is it a criminal case? Are you for the state (prosecution) or for the defence
- All statements \ affidavits from drivers, passengers, independent witnesses an pedestrians.
- A copy of the entire police case docket.
- A copy of the photo album by LCRC (in colour if possible) or Accident Response Unit, including sketch plan and key to sketch.
- An indication of who your client is.
